Crashing Waves

Taken at Mackenzie Beach in Tofino.  I swear I could sit on the rocks and watch the waves break upon the shore all day.

Holy Mother of Pearl

As you may have noticed, finding heart shapes in nature is kind of my favourite thing. Found on the docks of Quadra Island, the iridescent materials inside these shells really makes this heart shine!

Seal Bay Serenity

Taken in Seal Bay as the sun was setting over the ocean.

Rocky Shores

Helliwell Park on Hornby Island is home to one of my favourite walking paths on the west coast.  When you exit the forest, you come upon these hills and cliffs along the shoreline that seem to stretch for forever.  There’s also almost always ducks swimming by and boats sailing past, making the area all the more beautiful.

Comox By the Sea

The breakwater at the Comox Marina.  This area is usually bustling with boat traffic in the summer months, adding to the vibrancy of the downtown area.

Driftwood

Taken at Goose Spit. So simple, yet so beautiful.
